Corporate card assignments are an ongoing maintenance process that can be cumbersome - particularly for customers with large and continually changing card programs. The Auto-Match Corporate Cards feature allows SVB T&E to match the information we receive from SVB card programs to the name of SVB T&E users.
SVB T&E uses the data we have for each user's First and Last Name on the People page to match the information of an issued card from the card provider.
*Please Note: If more than one user with the same name exists, SVB T&E will not automatically match a corporate card to any of those users.
Once a card has matched with a user, it appears on the Team Cards page. Additionally, admins receive an email notification whenever a user matches with a card.
If a card has not been assigned, admins will have the opportunity to assign it to the proper user on the Teams Cards page.
Admins can also see which cards have not been assigned on the Cards Programs page in Company settings to make any necessary adjustments.
