Filter and Sort Expense Data
The search bar at the top of your Transaction page allows you to filter your expenses and export the corresponding data. Learn more about exporting data here.
Your transactions are segmented by approval stages.
- Needs Review shows all submitted transactions that need admin approval
- Pending Manager Review shows submitted transactions that need first level approvals prior to admin approval
- Pending Submission shows transactions that have not yet been submitted by an employee. For these transactions, admins are able to remind, skip, or submit on behalf of the employee
- Completed shows all transactions that have been approved or returned by the admin
You can use the Advanced Filter feature to view and export data on corporate card usage. First, click the 'Advanced Filters' button in the right corner of the page.
The "Filter Expenses" pop up box will appear. Fill in any desired fields to enable that filter and refine the expenses you see in your Transactions page.
Export Corporate Card expense activity
Once you've applied the desired filters, you can Export that data to a CSV or a PDF via the 'Export' button (in the right corner). Our reports are a great way for you to get the raw data and preserve it off-line or share it with a third party.
