No fees! SVB T&E is free for SVB customers to use.
I can't log in to my SVB T&E Account
You most likely need to reset your password. Simply click "Forgot Password" on your login screen. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
How to I add Users?
Admins are able to invite new users on the to the 'Peoples' Tab. They can either upload many users with the bulk import tool or email invites directly.
Why is my deposit delayed?
The expected timing of reimbursement deposits is 8-10 days from expense approval to employee receiving the payment to their account.
Why can't I see "Go to Travel" in my account?
You likely have not set up your Travel account yet. Navigate to the 'People' page and make sure that "Travel" is toggled on for your profile. For more information, see How to Enable Travel for Users
Why can't I see my card program?
Card programs are automatically set up within 5 days of account sign-up. Reach out to cardservices@svb.com if you do not see your program after 5 business days of creating your account.
Are Virtual Cards real credit cards?
Yes, virtual cards are real credit cards. They work exactly the same as your plastic cards, minus being a physical object you can hold. Card holders will be able to access the card credentials within their SVB T&E account.
How do I request Virtual Cards?
For companies with a virtual card program, employees are able to request virtual cards on their homepage, clicking the "Request Virtual Card" button. See Requesting Virtual Cards as an Employee to learn more.
Reach out to your SVB relationship manager if you're interested in signing up for a virtual card program.
Can I see my expenses in a different currency?
At this time, SVB T&E only supports USD. Foreign transactions will be converted to USD. The amount in the original currency will be visible in the details of the expense.
