This article explains how Travel is enabled for your SVB T&E users. You will first need to ensure this person has an SVB T&E account, which you find the steps for in this article.
*Please Note: Travel profiles are not automatically enabled for any user, including Administrators. You will need to first enable Travel for yourself. We recommend that the Expense Admin accesses the Travel portal first to ensure their role in the Travel portal defaults to the Travel Admin.
Follow these steps to enable Travel for your users:
Step 1: As an administrator, head to your People page in your admin sidebar.
Step 2: Select the pencil icon next to the user for whom you'd like to enable Travel.
Step 3: Toggle Travel to "Yes".
This user will now see "Go to Travel" in the Personal sidebar.
To enable multiple users at the same time, select all desired users on the People page and click Edit. Toggle on the Travel button and click Save.
All users will access the Travel by clicking "Go to Travel" in the left Personal sidebar of SVB T&E.There is not a separate login or invite process.
*Please note: The first user to access the Travel Portal will be defined as the Travel Admin. Following that, any user who accesses the Travel portal will be defined as a Traveler. The Travel Admin can then adjust user's role settings (see Best practices). Expense Admins: consider navigating to the Travel portal first, before enabling Travel for other users.
