To view pending transactions, click the Personal tab in the upper left corner, then click Transactions. By default, the screen will open with transactions filtered by Pending Submission status.
Transactions with a Pending Submission status are recent corporate card transactions or holds that have not yet been fully processed by the merchant.
If a merchant does not end up charging you, they will release the transaction and it will be eliminated from your account.
If there is a pending transaction on your card that needs to be released, the best practice is to ask the merchant to release the pending transaction—your bank cannot release pending transactions.
Some merchants can take 3-5 business days to release transactions. If the merchant doesn't release the transaction, the pending transaction will be released automatically after 60 days.
Edit Pending Transactions
Pending transactions cannot be submitted for approval until the merchant processes the transaction. These will have a Queue button in the Action column instead of a Submit button.
You may edit the details of a transaction and then queue it so that the expense will be submitted automatically once the charges are posted.
1. Click on the transaction you wish to edit.
2. On the Edit Expense Details screen, make the desired changes and then click Queue.
