You can manage your primary and alternate email addresses in your Personal Settings.
- Note that personal account information may only be updated by the profile owner. Administrators are not able to edit personal account information on behalf of members.
To manage your email addresses, click your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Personal Settings. Then, click the Email Accounts tab.
Change Your Primary Email Address
Your primary email address is the address you'll use to sign in to your SVB T&E account. You change your primary email address on the Email Accounts tab:
- Click 'Edit' next to your primary email address.
- Or click 'Set Primary' to change one of your alternate emails to your primary email address.
Add Alternate Email Addresses
You can forward emails (airline receipts, App Store receipts, etc.) from any email address associated with your SVB T&E account to receipts@svb.com.
You can use the email address that you use to log into SVB T&E - your primary email address - or you can add additional alternate email addresses to your profile so you can forward from those addresses too.
To add alternate email addresses, click the 'Add Email Account' button on the Email Accounts tab.
