Employees may edit and submit credit card transactions in bulk via the Transactions screen. This is helpful if you need to change the Merchant, Category or customized fields of multiple expenses.
Bulk Edit Transactions
- On the Personal tab, click Transactions.
- On the Pending Submission tab, check the boxes to the left of the desired pending transactions and click
- To select all expenses that meet your filter criteria, check the box in the header row above the list of expenses to select all.

- You will see the total number and amount of the transactions at the top of the Edit Expenses pop-up. Check the box next to the field(s) you wish to change and select the desired option(s) from the drop-down.
- Click Save.

Bulk Submit Transactions
You may bulk-submit transactions that have all their mandatory fields filled in by checking the boxes to the left of each transaction and clicking Submit.
You will receive a warning or error message if any transactions are missing required data.
Once you confirm the submission...
- Posted transactions without blocking errors will be submitted successfully.
- Posted transactions with blocking errors will remain on the Pending Submission tab. You will need to correct the errors before proceeding.
- Pending transactions without blocking errors will be queued for submission.
