If you are a new SVB T&E user in the SSO pilot, you'll still need to create a set of credentials in order to:
- Log in directly via expense.svb.com
- Access the SVB T&E mobile app (iOS or Android)
Create Your Login Credentials
After you've accessed SVB T&E from SVB Go. Follow the following steps to create your login credentials:
- Log out of the SVB T&E application by clicking the arrow next to your name and selecting Logout in the dropdown.

On the Sign In screen, fill in your email and then click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and click Send Recovery Link.
- A confirmation message will pop up, letting you know which email we sent the recovery link to.

A password reset email will be sent to your inbox. Click Set a New Password in the email.
If you do not receive the email with the link to reset your password, ensure that our domain has not been marked as spam. Please reach out to your IT team to add our address, expense@svb.com, to the allowed list.Follow the on-screen prompts to create and confirm your new password, then click Update Password.
- Return to the login screen and sign in with your email address and new password.

Download the SVB T&E mobile app on:
Once downloaded, use your newly created email and password credentials to log in.
