*Please note: This is not referring to Identity Provider integration like OneLogin, Okta, or JumpCloud. Single Sign-On here refers to a direct link between SVB Online Banking (SVB Go) and SVB T&E.
3 things you need to know as an SSO pilot client:
1. Access SVB T&E using SSO
The way you log into SVB T&E is changing. Instead of using login credentials on the SVB T&E url, you will now use an SSO link in SVB Online Banking Platform (SVB Go).
Similarly, cardholders can find the “Go to SVB T&E” link within the quick actions section on the right hand side of the page in SVB Go.
2. View T&E User Permissions in SVB Go
The way you manage your SVB T&E users is changing. You can view and update all T&E user permissions on the Administration page on SVB Online Banking (SVB Go). Any changes here will be reflected in your SVB T&E account on the People page.
3. Add New T&E Users in SVB Go
You can invite new users with T&E permissions from the Administration page on SVB Online Banking (SVB Go). Any changes here will be reflected in your SVB T&E account on the People page.
The invited user will receive an email inviting them to SVB Go and an email inviting them to join SVB T&E.
