If you're an employee trying to delete your own reimbursable expense...
You are able to delete an expense before it has been approved by either a manager or an admin. Once it's been approved, you can no longer delete an expense.
To delete an expense, navigate to the Pending Review tab of Reimbursable Expenses and click on the trash icon under 'Actions' of the expense you wish to delete.
If you're an employee trying to delete your own corporate card transaction...
You can delete transactions from your corporate card once they are in the Completed stage.
If you wish to unsubmit a submitted transaction that is awaiting approval, you can do so by going to the Submitted tab of your Transactions page. Find the desired transaction and select "Unsubmit" from the the menu button. The transaction will move to Pending Submissions, where you can then edit the expense and resubmit.
If you're an admin trying to delete an employee's expense...
If a corporate card transaction has already been submitted by an employee, admins will not be able to delete the expense.
If the corporate card transaction has not yet been submitted, the admin will be able to skip the transaction.
If it's a reimbursable expense, you can deny it, or comment on the expense if it needs more information, a receipt, etc.
